These terms explain how Moonsyl handles content submitted, uploaded, saved, published, or shared by users, designers, creators, and customers.
User Generated Content, or UGC, includes bracelet designs, design names, design stories, designer bios, uploaded images, product reviews, comments, social content, shared links, profile information, and any other content submitted, uploaded, saved, published, or shared by users, designers, creators, or customers through Moonsyl.
You are responsible for the content you submit. You must only upload or submit content that you own, created yourself, or have permission to use. You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of another person or organization.
By submitting, uploading, saving, publishing, sharing, or sending UGC to Moonsyl, you grant Moonsyl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt formatting, translate, promote, use in marketing, include in marketplace pages, and use in connection with product sales, order fulfillment, customer support, Designer Program operation, and Moonsyl’s business operations.
UGC may be displayed publicly if it is submitted for public display, published as a design, used in the Design Gallery, used as a review, included in designer pages, shared through marketplace features, or used in Moonsyl promotional areas.
If you upload images that include people, private property, third-party designs, artwork, logos, social media content, or other protected material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for Moonsyl to use that content under these terms.
You must not submit content that is copied, stolen, infringing, illegal, hateful, abusive, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, deceptive, spam, malware-related, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful. You also must not make guaranteed medical, psychological, religious, financial, legal, or supernatural claims about crystals, NFC content, or Moonsyl products.
Moonsyl may review, edit formatting, hide, reject, remove, archive, or limit distribution of UGC at any time for quality, legal, safety, brand, technical, or operational reasons. Moonsyl is not required to publish or continue displaying any UGC.
If you submit or publish a bracelet design, Moonsyl may use that design to display, promote, sell, produce, customize, and fulfill products based on that design, subject to Moonsyl’s Designer Program and Rewards & Commission Rules where applicable.
If you believe content on Moonsyl infringes your rights or violates these terms, contact info@moonsyl.com with relevant details, links, proof of ownership, and a clear explanation of the issue.
If UGC is removed from public display, Moonsyl may still retain records where necessary for orders, support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate business operations.
