This Warranty Policy explains how Moonsyl reviews product quality issues after delivery.

1. Warranty Coverage

Moonsyl provides quality support for confirmed product defects, wrong items, serious workmanship issues, and NFC component defects that are not caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or unsupported device conditions.

2. Natural Crystal Characteristics

Natural crystals may include variations in color, shade, clarity, texture, internal lines, ice cracks, inclusions, cloudiness, bead shape, bead size tolerance, and surface features. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

3. Handmade Product Tolerance

Moonsyl bracelets may be handmade or hand-assembled. Small differences in bead arrangement, spacing, charm position, color tone, size tolerance, and preview-to-final appearance may occur. These reasonable handmade differences are not considered warranty defects.

4. NFC Function

NFC-enabled bracelets are designed to open a Moonsyl web experience on compatible NFC-capable smartphones. NFC performance can depend on device model, operating system, NFC settings, phone case thickness, scan position, browser, and network connection. If you believe the NFC component itself is defective, contact us with your order number, device model, video evidence, and a description of the issue.

5. What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • damage caused by pulling, dropping, impact, improper storage, water exposure, chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, sweat corrosion, cleaning products, or high temperature;
  • damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, resizing, or re-stringing;
  • loss of product, beads, charms, or accessories after delivery;
  • natural crystal variation;
  • device-related NFC limitations where the NFC component is not defective;
  • personal expectation differences in crystal meaning, energy, lifestyle content, or emotional experience.

6. How to Request Warranty Support

Contact info@moonsyl.com with your order number, photos or videos, description of the issue, and delivery date. We may offer repair advice, replacement part, partial refund, replacement, reshipment, or another solution depending on the case.

7. Review Period

Warranty requests are reviewed case by case. We may need time to inspect photos, check order records, verify NFC issues, or consult with logistics and production partners.

8. No Guaranteed Lifestyle Outcome

Moonsyl does not provide any warranty or guarantee for crystal healing, luck, wealth, relationship outcomes, career outcomes, mood changes, spiritual results, or daily energy content accuracy. Crystal and NFC content is provided as a lifestyle and entertainment experience.
