Moonsyl uses its own account system. You may register or log in using email verification codes, password login, and password reset by email verification. We store password authentication information in protected form. We do not ask for your password by email, WhatsApp, or social media message.
You may save bracelet designs in your account. Some designs may be submitted, reviewed, approved, and publicly displayed in Design Gallery or other Moonsyl pages. If your design is publicly displayed, public information may include design preview, design name, creator name or display name, design story if provided, view count, clone count, like count, price estimate, and other non-private design information. Buyer private information is not displayed to designers or the public.
Designers may see reward-related information such as public order reference, design ID, reward type, points or commission amount, pending/approved/cancelled status, and relevant timestamps. Designers cannot see buyer private information such as buyer name, shipping address, phone number, email address, or payment details.
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for website operation, security, shopping cart functions, login sessions, checkout, saved preferences, and basic performance.
