These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://moonsyl.com, Moonsyl Design Lab, Moonsyl App Account, Design Gallery, Designer Program, products, content, and related services provided by Moonsyl (“Moonsyl”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location, or use our website with appropriate parental or guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, submitting a design, or applying to the Designer Program.
Moonsyl sells natural crystal bracelets, custom crystal bracelets, NFC-enabled crystal bracelets, and standard jewelry products such as moissanite rings, necklaces, earrings, and other non-custom jewelry items.
Natural crystals may vary in color, texture, pattern, translucency, inclusions, ice cracks, cloudiness, shape, bead size tolerance, and surface features. These natural variations are not defects. Product photos, digital previews, and design previews are for reference and may differ from the final handmade product.
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone and is not a natural diamond. Product descriptions may describe moissanite as a diamond alternative or diamond-like gemstone, but such wording does not mean the product contains natural diamond. Jewelry material, stone size, stone setting, metal color, plating, certificates, and other product details will be described on the relevant product page where applicable.
Jewelry photos and videos are for reference. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display, photography, stone cut, setting, production batch, handmade finishing, and normal size tolerance.
Design Lab allows you to create and order customized bracelet designs. You are responsible for reviewing selected materials, wrist size, quantity, preview, and design details before confirming an order. For custom bracelets, Moonsyl may contact you to confirm design details before shipment.
Custom crystal bracelets are handmade based on your selected design. However, we want you to feel confident when ordering from Moonsyl. Custom crystal bracelets may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery, as long as they meet our return requirements and are returned in acceptable condition.
If any crystal bead, charm, spacer, accessory, or related bracelet component is lost, missing, damaged, defective, or becomes unusable during normal use within 30 days after delivery, Moonsyl may provide a free replacement part or replacement service. Customers may be asked to provide the order number and photos or videos showing the issue so we can process the replacement properly. Replacement availability may depend on material stock, and Moonsyl may offer an equal or similar replacement when the original material is unavailable.
For standard jewelry products, you are responsible for reviewing the product title, description, material, stone information, color, size, quantity, ring size, and other available product options before placing an order.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size. If you are unsure about your ring size, please check our size guide or contact us before ordering. Size exchange may be available for eligible standard, non-custom rings according to our Return & Refund Policy, but customized, engraved, resized, modified, made-to-order, or specially requested jewelry may have limited return or exchange eligibility unless there is a confirmed issue caused by Moonsyl.
Jewelry should be handled with care. To help protect your jewelry, avoid strong impact, pulling, bending, cutting, dropping, chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot springs, seawater, household cleaners, and improper storage. Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, oxidation, plating wear, loss of shine, or damage caused by misuse or unusual use may not be considered product defects.
NFC-enabled bracelets provide a lifestyle and entertainment experience. When a compatible phone is placed near the NFC area, it may open a Moonsyl web page with daily energy content, outfit suggestions, relationship suggestions, career suggestions, food inspiration, quotes, or related content. NFC performance depends on the phone model, operating system, NFC settings, browser, case thickness, network connection, and user operation. No app is required for the standard NFC web experience, but some phones may require NFC to be enabled manually.
Crystal meanings, energy descriptions, daily content, relationship suggestions, career suggestions, and similar content are provided for lifestyle, cultural, emotional, creative, and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal, religious, or professional advice. Moonsyl does not guarantee healing, luck, wealth, relationship outcomes, career outcomes, spiritual results, or any specific life result.
Prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time. We may correct errors in pricing, product information, availability, stock, size options, material information, stone information, or order details. Payment must be completed through the available checkout methods. An order is not accepted until we confirm it, receive payment authorization, and start processing it.
Moonsyl ships from China and aims to ship worldwide. Standard shipping is free. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days for standard orders and in-stock standard jewelry products. Custom bracelet production time is usually 5–7 business days. Made-to-order, customized, resized, or specially requested jewelry may require longer processing depending on product details, size, material availability, and production schedule. Estimated delivery time is usually 10–20 days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier, customs, weather, holidays, and local delivery conditions. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
Products, including custom crystal bracelets and eligible standard jewelry products, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery if they meet our return requirements. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item should be in acceptable condition and include the original product components, packaging, certificates, gift boxes, accessories, and tags where reasonably possible.
If you receive a damaged item, wrong item, incomplete item, or if a crystal bead, charm, spacer, accessory, bracelet component, jewelry stone, clasp, chain, prong, setting, or other product component is lost, missing, damaged, defective, or becomes unusable during normal use within 30 days after delivery, please contact us. Moonsyl may provide a free replacement part, repair solution, free replacement service, exchange, or other appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Natural crystal variations, including differences in color, pattern, translucency, inclusions, cloudiness, ice cracks, bead texture, and small size tolerance, are not considered defects. Minor differences in moissanite sparkle, color appearance, stone reflection, photography effect, lighting, or screen display are not considered defects if the product matches its description. You may use a Moonsyl App Account with email verification, password login, and password reset. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may create, save, submit, share, or publish designs, stories, names, descriptions, images, comments, or other content. You retain personal creative rights in your original content, but you grant Moonsyl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, share, promote, sell products based on, and otherwise use such content for website operation, product fulfilment, Design Gallery, marketing, social media, Designer Program, and business purposes. You must not submit content that infringes rights, is copied without permission, is misleading, illegal, harmful, hateful, obscene, or violates our rules.
Published designs may be reviewed, approved, rejected, edited, featured, hidden, removed, or ranked by Moonsyl. Participation in the Designer Program is subject to separate Designer Program rules. Moonsyl may change Designer Program eligibility, levels, points, commission rules, limits, review standards, and rewards where necessary for platform operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or business changes.
You agree not to misuse our website or services. Prohibited activities include fraud, chargeback abuse, scraping, hacking, interfering with website security, submitting false information, copying other creators, infringing intellectual property, making misleading crystal, health, gemstone, diamond, material, certification, or jewelry claims, manipulating views/likes/clones/orders, abusing referral or reward systems, or using our services for unlawful purposes.
Moonsyl trademarks, logos, website design, product presentation, Design Lab interface, software, text, images, graphics, icons, and original content are owned by or licensed to Moonsyl. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse Moonsyl intellectual property without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonsyl is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of our website, products, designs, NFC experience, content, shipping delays, third-party services, jewelry care issues, or Designer Program participation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
Our website, Design Lab, digital previews, NFC content, and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free previews, exact color matching, universal NFC compatibility, constant availability of all materials, all sizes, all stones, all jewelry variants, or specific lifestyle outcomes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
