1. What is Moonsyl?

Moonsyl is a meaningful jewelry brand focused on natural crystal bracelets, custom bracelet design, NFC-enabled lifestyle experiences, and selected standard jewelry products such as moissanite rings and gift jewelry. You can design your own bracelet, save designs, purchase custom pieces, explore public designs in the Design Gallery, and shop selected ready-made jewelry items.

2. How does Design Lab work?

Design Lab lets you choose crystals, beads, spacers, charms, wrist size, and quantity to create a custom bracelet. You can preview the design, save it, share it, confirm it, and order it through Moonsyl.

3. Can I customize my bracelet?

Yes. You can customize your bracelet using available materials in Design Lab. Customization may include crystal type, bead size, charms, spacers, wrist size, and other available options.

4. Will Moonsyl confirm my custom design before shipment?

For custom crystal bracelets, Moonsyl may confirm your design details before shipment. Please review the confirmation carefully. If you need to change or cancel the order, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has entered production, been customized, packed, or shipped, changes and cancellations may be limited.

5. Are the crystals natural?

Moonsyl uses natural crystals for crystal beads and stones. Natural crystals vary in color, pattern, texture, translucency, inclusions, ice cracks, cloudiness, and surface features. These natural differences are not defects.

6. What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for its bright sparkle and diamond-like appearance. Moonsyl moissanite jewelry may be described as a diamond alternative or diamond-like jewelry, but moissanite is not a natural diamond.

7. Are Moonsyl moissanite rings real diamonds?

No. Moonsyl moissanite rings are made with lab-created moissanite unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Moissanite is not a natural diamond. Please review each product page for stone size, material, color, certificate, and other product details where applicable.

8. Can I customize moissanite rings or standard jewelry?

Most standard jewelry products are sold according to the product options shown on the product page, such as style, ring size, material, stone size, or color. If a product supports customization, engraving, resizing, or made-to-order options, this will be shown on the product page or confirmed by Moonsyl. Customized, engraved, resized, modified, made-to-order, or specially requested jewelry may have limited return or exchange eligibility unless there is a confirmed issue caused by Moonsyl.

9. How do I choose my ring size?

Please check our size guide before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size. If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order. For eligible standard, non-custom rings, size exchange may be available within 30 days after delivery if the ring is unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and the requested size is available.

10. How does NFC work?

When you place a compatible NFC-capable phone near the NFC area of the bracelet, the phone may open a Moonsyl web page. The page may show daily energy content, outfit suggestions, relationship suggestions, career suggestions, food inspiration, quotes, or other lifestyle content.

11. Do I need an app for NFC?

No. The standard Moonsyl NFC experience is web-based and does not require a separate app. Some phones may require NFC to be enabled manually, and the experience may depend on your device, browser, phone case, and network connection.

12. Does NFC work with every phone?

NFC works with many NFC-capable smartphones, but performance depends on the phone model, operating system, NFC setting, case thickness, scan position, browser, and network connection. Moonsyl cannot guarantee perfect compatibility with every device or environment.

13. Can I return a custom bracelet?

Yes. Custom crystal bracelets may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days after delivery, as long as they meet our return requirements and are returned in acceptable condition.

Custom bracelets are handmade according to your selected design, wrist size, materials, quantity, and confirmation. Because each bracelet is handmade with natural materials, the final product may have minor differences from the digital preview or product photos. Natural crystal variations, handmade arrangement differences, and small visual differences are normal and are not considered defects.

14. Can I return a non-custom product or standard jewelry product?

Yes. Non-custom products and standard jewelry products, including eligible moissanite rings, necklaces, and earrings, may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days after delivery if they are unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, in acceptable condition, and approved by Moonsyl before return.

15. Can I exchange a ring for a different size?

For eligible standard, non-custom rings, size exchange may be available within 30 days after delivery if the ring is unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and the requested size is available. If the size issue was not caused by Moonsyl, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, reshipping, or related costs.

16. What if a bead, charm, spacer, stone, clasp, or accessory is lost or damaged?

If any crystal bead, charm, spacer, accessory, elastic cord, NFC component, or related bracelet component is lost, missing, detached, damaged, defective, or becomes unusable during normal use within 30 days after delivery, Moonsyl may provide a free replacement part or free replacement service.

For standard jewelry, if a stone, clasp, chain, setting, prong, or other jewelry component arrives damaged, is missing, or has a confirmed manufacturing defect within 30 days after delivery, Moonsyl may offer repair, replacement, exchange, reshipment, partial refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the case.

Customers may be asked to provide the order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can process the replacement properly. Replacement availability may depend on material or product stock. If the original material, stone, size, or product is unavailable, Moonsyl may offer an equal or similar replacement.

17. How should I care for my jewelry?

Please avoid strong impact, pulling, bending, cutting, dropping, chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot springs, seawater, household cleaners, and improper storage. Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, oxidation, plating wear, loss of shine, or damage caused by misuse or unusual use may not be considered product defects.

18. How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped from Foshan, China. Standard processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Standard jewelry products usually process within 1–3 business days if the item and size are in stock. Custom bracelet production usually takes 5–7 business days. Made-to-order, customized, resized, or specially requested jewelry may take longer. Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually 10–20 days worldwide.

19. Is shipping free?

Yes. Moonsyl currently offers free standard shipping on all orders.

20. Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking is provided when available. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.

21. Who pays customs duties or import taxes?

Moonsyl normally tries to cover or prepay ordinary import-related charges through shipping arrangements where available. If local authorities require an unexpected local fee that was not prepaid or controlled by Moonsyl, contact us before paying where possible and we will review the situation.

22. Can I save my designs?

Yes. Moonsyl App Account users can save designs and access them through supported account features such as My Designs.

23. Can I delete my saved designs?

Yes. Where supported, you can remove your saved designs from your account. Some records may still be retained where necessary for orders, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or platform operation.

24. Can my design appear in Design Gallery?

Yes, some user-created designs may be submitted, reviewed, approved, and displayed in Design Gallery or other Moonsyl pages. Publication is not guaranteed, and Moonsyl may remove designs that violate rules.

25. Can I become a designer?

Yes. You may apply to join the Moonsyl Designer Program. Applications may be reviewed by Moonsyl, and approval is not guaranteed.

26. How do points and commissions work?

Designer and sharing rewards may be tracked as points, commission value, store credit, or other approved rewards. For points, 100 points equals $10 USD and 10 points equals $1 USD. Rewards may start as pending after payment and become approved after the return/refund risk period. Refunds, cancellations, fraud, or rule violations may cancel rewards.

27. Can designers see buyer information?

No. Designers cannot see buyer private information such as name, email, phone number, shipping address, or payment details. Designers may only see limited reward-related information such as public order reference, design ID, reward amount, points, and status.
