This Shipping Policy explains how Moonsyl processes, prepares, and ships orders placed through https://moonsyl.com, including custom crystal bracelets and standard jewelry products such as moissanite rings, necklaces, earrings, and other non-custom jewelry items.

1. Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from Foshan, China.

2. Where We Ship

Moonsyl aims to ship worldwide. At this time, we do not have a fixed list of excluded countries or regions. However, delivery may be unavailable or delayed in certain remote areas, restricted regions, conflict areas, sanctioned regions, or locations where carriers, customs authorities, or local laws prevent delivery.

3. Processing Time

  • Standard order processing: usually 1–3 business days.
  • Standard jewelry products: usually 1–3 business days if the item and size are in stock.
  • Custom bracelet production: usually 5–7 business days.
  • Made-to-order, customized, resized, or specially requested jewelry: processing time may be longer and will depend on the product details, material availability, size, and production schedule.

Processing time does not include shipping time. During holidays, high-volume periods, material shortages, size shortages, weather events, customs disruptions, or carrier delays, processing may take longer.

4. Custom Design Confirmation Before Shipment

For custom crystal bracelets, Moonsyl may confirm your design details before shipment. This may include selected materials, wrist size, quantity, preview, and key customization information. Please review confirmation messages carefully. After you confirm the custom design, changes may not be possible, and the order may proceed to final preparation or shipment.

Standard jewelry products are normally prepared according to the product variant selected at checkout, such as style, size, color, material, or stone option. Please review your selected product options carefully before placing the order.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 10–20 days for most destinations worldwide. Delivery time may vary depending on country, customs clearance, local carrier performance, weather, holidays, remote location, and other circumstances outside our control.

6. Free Shipping

Moonsyl currently offers free standard shipping on all orders. Free shipping covers standard delivery services selected by Moonsyl. If you request special shipping arrangements, express shipping, address change after dispatch, special customs handling, or other special delivery services, additional fees may apply if available.

7. Tracking

Tracking is provided when available. After your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number or tracking link by email, account page, or customer service message. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.

8. Customs, Import Taxes, and Duties

Moonsyl aims to make cross-border delivery as smooth as possible. Standard shipping is free, and for eligible shipments we normally try to cover or prepay ordinary import-related charges through our shipping arrangements where available. However, customs rules differ by country. If local authorities require an unexpected local fee, tax, document, or customs action that was not prepaid or controlled by Moonsyl, please contact us at info@moonsyl.com before paying where possible, and we will review the situation.

Some jewelry products may be subject to additional customs inspection, local import rules, product classification, or documentation requirements depending on the destination country. These situations may affect delivery time and are outside Moonsyl’s direct control.

9. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and email address. Moonsyl is not responsible for delivery failure, return, loss, or delay caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible address information provided by the customer.

10. Delivery Failure and Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal, missed delivery, failure to cooperate with customs, or failure to collect the package, additional reshipping fees may apply. If the package is returned to us, we will review the case and contact you about reshipment, refund eligibility, or other available options.

11. Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period or a package appears lost, contact us at info@moonsyl.com. We may ask the carrier to investigate. If parcel loss is confirmed, we may offer replacement, reshipment, refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the case.

12. Packaging and Product Protection

Moonsyl will reasonably pack products to protect them during international delivery. Custom bracelets, jewelry, rings, necklaces, earrings, certificates, gift boxes, and accessories may be packed differently depending on the product type and packaging availability.
