This policy explains how Moonsyl handles saved, confirmed, shared, and public bracelet designs.
Moonsyl allows users to create, save, restore, edit, share, confirm, and sometimes publish bracelet designs through Design Lab and related account features. This policy explains how saved designs are handled.
Saved designs may include browser-local designs, account-linked designs, confirmed custom designs, shared designs, cloned designs, and public gallery designs. Available features may vary depending on whether you are logged in and which page or feature you are using.
A saved design may include selected crystals, beads, spacers, charms, wrist size, quantity, price estimate, design preview, design name, story, image, designer information, design ID, timestamps, and other information needed to restore, display, or fulfill the design.
Where available, users may remove saved designs from their account or local list. Removing a saved design from your visible account area may not immediately delete all technical records, order records, backup logs, fraud-prevention data, or records that Moonsyl must retain for business, legal, or operational reasons.
When a user confirms a custom design and places an order, Moonsyl may keep design details required to produce, verify, ship, support, refund, or resolve disputes related to the order. Confirmed custom designs may not be freely changed after production or shipment begins.
If a user submits, publishes, shares, or approves a design for public display, Moonsyl may display the design in the Design Gallery, homepage areas, recommendation sections, designer pages, marketing materials, social content, and related marketplace features. Moonsyl may review, hide, remove, or limit visibility of public designs.
You retain personal creative rights in your original design content, subject to Moonsyl’s terms. By saving, submitting, publishing, sharing, or confirming a design, you grant Moonsyl permission to use the design and related content as needed for website operation, order fulfillment, marketplace display, customer support, promotion, and Designer Program features.
Moonsyl aims to provide a reliable saved design experience, but saved designs are not guaranteed to remain available forever. Designs may be affected by browser storage clearing, account deletion, system updates, data migration, policy violations, or platform maintenance.
Moonsyl may remove or restrict designs that contain copied content, infringing material, misleading claims, prohibited content, offensive content, unsafe claims, or other rule violations.
