Moonsyl Platform Review & Removal Rights

These Platform Review & Removal Rights explain how Moonsyl reviews designer applications, submitted designs, public listings, homepage features, gallery visibility, ranking, commission eligibility, and designer participation.
Moonsyl is a curated design community. Designers may participate in creating and sharing designs, but Moonsyl must protect product quality, customer trust, brand standards, originality, compliance, and platform safety.
1. Application Review
Submitting a designer application does not guarantee approval.
Moonsyl may review applications based on factors including:
- Design aesthetic
- Story and meaning
- Brand fit
- Originality
- Content quality
- Sharing potential
- Rule awareness
- Uploaded design samples
- Social media or portfolio links
- Previous purchase history
- Communication information
- Compliance risk
- Any other relevant review factor
Moonsyl may approve, reject, request more information, or delay review of an application.
Approved applicants normally begin as T3 Entry Designers unless Moonsyl decides otherwise.
T3 is the entry designer level. T1 is the highest designer level.
2. Design Review
Designer approval does not mean every submitted design will automatically become public.
Each design may still need to pass review before it appears publicly on Moonsyl pages.
Moonsyl may review:
- Design image
- Bracelet structure
- Bead combination
- Design name
- Design story
- Crystal meaning
- Uploaded sample image
- Design link or design ID
- Originality
- Similarity to existing designs
- Compliance with content rules
- Customer suitability
- Brand quality
Moonsyl may approve, reject, request changes, hide, archive, or remove any submitted design.
3. Public Display Is Not Guaranteed
Approval as a designer does not guarantee:
- Homepage placement
- Gallery visibility
- Permanent ranking
- Sales
- Commission
- Featured status
- Search placement
- Campaign inclusion
- Social media promotion
- Email marketing promotion
Moonsyl may decide which designs appear on the homepage, in the design gallery, in campaigns, or in recommendation sections.
4. Homepage and Gallery Control
Moonsyl may control and adjust the visibility of designs across the website.
Moonsyl may consider factors including:
- Design quality
- Customer interest
- Sales performance
- Clone activity
- View count
- Conversion rate
- Refund rate
- Originality
- Seasonality
- Product availability
- Brand direction
- Content quality
- Designer reliability
- Compliance risk
- Manual editorial selection
Moonsyl may feature, unfeature, boost, reduce, hide, or reorder designs at its discretion.
5. Active Published Design Limits
Each designer level may have an active published design limit.
Verified Creator: 1 active purchased design after review
T3 Entry Designer: up to 5 active published designs
T2 Advanced Designer: up to 15 active published designs
T1 Elite Designer: up to 30 active published designs
The published design limit means active public designs, not lifetime submissions.
Designers may be allowed to archive old designs and submit new ones, subject to review.
6. Reasons a Design May Be Rejected or Removed
A design may be rejected, hidden, archived, or removed if it includes:
- Copied or highly duplicated design
- Unauthorized brand names, characters, celebrities, or IP
- Misleading design name or story
- Low-quality image
- Inaccurate product representation
- Medical, psychological, financial, or guaranteed outcome claims
- Offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
- Spam or repeated low-quality submissions
- Fake or misleading information
- Violation of commission rules
- Violation of disclosure rules
- Violation of crystal and NFC disclaimer
- Violation of content and originality rules
- Any content that may harm customer trust or brand quality
7. Designer Account Status
Moonsyl may assign or update designer account status, including:
- Pending
- Approved
- Need More Information
- Rejected
- Suspended
- Removed
Moonsyl may also adjust designer tier, commission rate, active design limit, or visibility permissions according to program rules, performance, quality, or compliance needs.
8. Suspension or Removal
Moonsyl may suspend or remove a designer from the program if the designer:
- Submits copied designs
- Violates IP rights
- Makes prohibited claims
- Fails to disclose commission when required
- Uses spam or fake traffic
- Creates fraudulent orders
- Misleads customers
- Harasses customers or designers
- Violates platform rules repeatedly
- Damages the Moonsyl brand or community
- Refuses to correct rule violations
Suspension or removal may result in loss of publishing rights, commission eligibility, homepage visibility, gallery visibility, and designer profile access.
9. Commission Review and Adjustment
Moonsyl may hold, adjust, cancel, or reverse commission if related activity violates program rules.
This may happen if:
- The order is refunded
- The order is canceled
- The order is fraudulent
- The design violates rules
- The designer fails to disclose commission properly
- The designer uses prohibited claims
- The designer misleads customers
- The tracking is abusive or manipulated
- The order is connected to spam, fake accounts, or self-dealing
Commission is subject to review and is not guaranteed until confirmed as payable or paid.
10. Rule Updates
Moonsyl may update Designer Program rules from time to time.
Updates may apply to future applications, future submissions, future orders, and continued participation in the program.
Moonsyl may publish updated rules on the website or notify designers through available communication channels.
Continued participation in the program may require acceptance of updated rules.
11. No Obligation to Publish or Promote
Moonsyl is not required to publish, promote, feature, or sell any submitted design.
Moonsyl may choose not to display a design even if the design does not clearly violate a rule, if Moonsyl determines that the design is not suitable for the current brand direction, product availability, customer experience, or platform quality.
12. Summary
By participating in the Moonsyl Designer Program, you understand and agree that:
- Moonsyl may review every application and design.
- Designer approval does not guarantee public display of every design.
- Homepage and gallery placement are not guaranteed.
- Moonsyl may reject, hide, remove, archive, or adjust designs.
- Moonsyl may suspend designers who violate rules.
- Moonsyl may adjust commission eligibility according to program rules.
- Moonsyl may update these rules as the program develops.
