These rules explain how Moonsyl points may be earned, approved, reversed, and used in the Rewards Store or selected platform rewards.
The Moonsyl Points & Rewards Store allows eligible users, Verified Creators, designers, and campaign participants to earn and use points for selected rewards, discounts, account credits, coupons, products, or other benefits offered by Moonsyl.

Moonsyl may decide which activities are eligible for points and may change eligibility rules based on campaign, account status, region, product type, or platform availability.

This value is used as a platform reference for Rewards Store benefits. Points are not cash and cannot be withdrawn as money unless Moonsyl separately offers and approves a specific cash redemption option.
When available, points may be used for:
Available redemption options may vary and may be changed, paused, limited, or removed by Moonsyl.
Points have no independent cash value, are not stored money, are not a financial product, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash unless Moonsyl separately provides a specific redemption option.
Points are generally linked to a Moonsyl App Account. You may need to be logged in to earn, view, or redeem points. If you use different emails, accounts, browsers, or devices, points may not combine automatically.
Points may be earned after eligible actions are completed and verified by Moonsyl. Eligible actions may include sharing a design, generating an eligible attributed order, participating in a campaign, being a Verified Creator, receiving a platform reward, or other activities approved by Moonsyl.
Points may appear as pending before they become available. Pending points may become approved after the applicable order review period, return period, fraud review, campaign review, or platform validation is complete.
Points may be cancelled, reversed, deducted, or adjusted if an order is refunded, cancelled, returned, charged back, found fraudulent, linked to abuse, or otherwise disqualified. If points were already used, Moonsyl may deduct the corresponding amount from future points or adjust related rewards.
Points may be used only where the Rewards Store, coupon, or checkout feature allows. Points may not be combinable with all discounts, campaigns, gift cards, or promotions. The final available benefit will be shown through the applicable Moonsyl feature or checkout flow.
If you return or cancel an order where points were used, the refund amount and returned points may be adjusted based on the discount or reward applied. Moonsyl may return points, issue partial points, or deduct reward value depending on the order status and refund reason.
Points must not be earned or used through fake accounts, fake orders, self-referrals, bot traffic, spam, misleading promotions, unauthorized discounts, copied designs, or any other abusive behavior. Moonsyl may remove points and restrict accounts for abuse.
The Rewards Store, redemption options, coupon values, eligible products, and points features may not always be available in every region, currency, account type, or campaign. Moonsyl may test, update, pause, or remove rewards features as needed.
Moonsyl does not currently apply a standard automatic expiration date to regular points unless a specific campaign or reward clearly states otherwise. Moonsyl may introduce or update expiration rules in the future with reasonable notice where required.
If an account is closed, suspended, restricted, or found to violate Moonsyl rules, unused points may be cancelled or restricted. Points may also be removed if they were earned through fraud, abuse, errors, or disqualified activity.
Moonsyl may correct points balances, reward records, attribution records, and redemption records if there is a technical error, calculation error, duplicate reward, incorrect attribution, refund update, or misuse.
Verified Creator rewards and regular user sharing rewards are generally points-based. T3, T2, and T1 Designer commission rates are explained in the Moonsyl Rewards & Commission Rules. Moonsyl may provide both commission-based and points-based rewards depending on role, campaign, and platform availability.
