Moonsyl Email Verification & Password Security Notice

This notice explains how Moonsyl email verification, password login, and password reset features are intended to work.

1. Email Verification

Moonsyl may use email verification codes for registration, login, password reset, account security, Designer Program actions, or other account-related features. Verification codes are sent to the email address you provide.

2. Password Login

Users may create a password after completing the required registration process. You are responsible for choosing a secure password and keeping it confidential.

3. Forgot Password and Reset

If you forget your password, Moonsyl may allow you to reset it through email verification. You must have access to the email address connected to your Moonsyl App Account.

4. Code Security

Do not share your verification code with anyone. Moonsyl will not ask for your password or verification code through unofficial social accounts, private messages, or suspicious links. If someone asks for your code, do not provide it.

5. Email Delivery

Email delivery may be affected by spam filters, inbox settings, email provider delays, network conditions, or incorrect email addresses. If you do not receive a code, please check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address is correct.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account if it results from sharing your password, sharing your verification code, using an insecure device, or failing to protect your email account.

7. Security Review

Moonsyl may temporarily restrict login, registration, password reset, design publishing, rewards, or other account actions if we detect suspicious activity, abuse, fraud, repeated verification attempts, or security risks.

8. Suspicious Activity

If you believe your Moonsyl account, email account, password, or verification code has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible at ewan.xu@moonsyl.com.
