These Designer Program Terms explain how users, creators, and approved designers may participate in Moonsyl’s design marketplace and reward system.
The Moonsyl Designer Program allows approved designers and creators to submit, publish, share, and promote eligible bracelet designs through Moonsyl. These terms apply to Designer Program applicants, approved designers, Verified Creators, and any user participating in designer-related rewards or sharing activities.
You must provide accurate application information and maintain a valid Moonsyl App Account. Moonsyl may request additional information to review your application, confirm your identity, contact you about designs, or manage rewards. If you are under the legal age required to enter into agreements in your location, you may not participate without appropriate permission.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Moonsyl may review your design samples, story, images, social profile, originality, brand fit, content quality, and rule awareness. Moonsyl may approve, reject, request more information, or later suspend an account if rules are violated.
Moonsyl may assign approved designers to different levels, including T3 Entry, T2 Advanced, and T1 Elite. Level details, active design limits, and commission percentages are explained in the Designer Level Rules and Rewards & Commission Rules.
Verified Creator status may be available for users or creators who share eligible designs but are not part of the full cash commission designer tier system. Verified Creators may receive points or other platform rewards instead of cash commission, unless Moonsyl separately approves another arrangement.
You must submit original designs, truthful descriptions, and content that you have the right to use. You must not submit copied, stolen, misleading, infringing, illegal, hateful, unsafe, or deceptive content. You must not claim guaranteed medical, psychological, financial, religious, or supernatural outcomes from crystals or NFC content.
Moonsyl may review designs before publication. Moonsyl may approve, reject, edit formatting, hide, archive, remove, or limit visibility of a design for quality, legal, operational, or brand reasons. Publication does not guarantee sales, homepage placement, search ranking, or continued availability.
You retain your personal creative rights in your original design content, subject to these terms. By submitting, saving, publishing, sharing, or uploading a design, story, image, name, or related content to Moonsyl, you grant Moonsyl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, reproduce, adapt formatting, promote, distribute, sell products based on, and otherwise operate that content as part of Moonsyl’s website, marketplace, marketing, order fulfillment, Designer Program, and customer experience.
Designer rewards may include commission percentages, points, account credits, Rewards Store benefits, promotional rewards, or other benefits determined by Moonsyl. T3, T2, and T1 Designer commission rates, Verified Creator points, regular user sharing points, reward status, cancellations, and Rewards Store redemption rules are governed by the Moonsyl Rewards & Commission Rules and Points & Rewards Store Rules.
Designers, creators, and users may not access buyer private information. Moonsyl may show limited public order references, reward amounts, points, attribution status, or design performance data, but personal buyer details are not provided to designers.
If you promote Moonsyl designs, share links, receive rewards, or participate in a paid or rewarded campaign, you must disclose your relationship with Moonsyl where required by applicable rules and platform guidelines. You must not make misleading claims about products, rewards, discounts, or crystal/NFC effects.
You must not manipulate orders, create fake purchases, abuse referral links, submit false content, impersonate another person, harass customers, scrape data, bypass platform limits, or attempt to obtain buyer private information. Moonsyl may cancel rewards, remove designs, suspend accounts, or terminate participation for abuse.
Moonsyl may update the Designer Program, level rules, reward structure, point usage, commission policy, review standards, or marketplace features. Material updates will be reflected on the relevant policy pages or communicated through reasonable platform methods.
