Moonsyl Designer Disclosure Rules
Version: Designer Rules v1.0
Last Updated: May 18, 2026
These Disclosure Rules explain how Moonsyl Designers should share their design links responsibly when they may earn commission from purchases.
If you share a Moonsyl designer link, design page, referral link, discount code, affiliate-style link, or any link that may result in commission or rewards, you may need to clearly tell your audience that you may earn commission.
These rules are designed to protect customers, designers, and Moonsyl.
1. Why Disclosure Matters
Customers should be able to understand when a recommendation, post, video, story, review, or design link may involve a commission or commercial relationship.
If you may earn money, rewards, credit, or other benefits from a purchase, that relationship should be disclosed clearly.
A disclosure helps customers understand that your content may be connected to a commission opportunity.
2. When You Should Disclose
You should disclose your commission relationship when you share:
- Your Moonsyl designer link
- A Moonsyl design page that may earn you commission
- A Clone Design link connected to your designer account
- A discount code connected to your designer account
- A product recommendation that may earn you commission
- A social media post promoting your Moonsyl design
- A blog post, video, live stream, email, or message that may lead to commission
- Any content where a viewer may purchase through your link and you may benefit
If you are unsure whether disclosure is needed, you should disclose.
3. How to Disclose Clearly
Your disclosure should be easy to notice, easy to understand, and placed close to the design link or recommendation.
Good examples:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my design link.”
“Commission link.”
“Affiliate link.”
“I may receive commission from qualifying purchases.”
“As a Moonsyl Designer, I may earn commission when you purchase through my link.”
For short social media posts, you may use clear labels such as:
#ad
#affiliate
#commissionlink
Disclosure should appear before or near the link, not hidden far away.
4. Where to Place Disclosure
For Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, blogs, emails, or other platforms, the disclosure should be visible before the customer clicks or purchases.
Acceptable placement may include:
- At the beginning of a caption
- In the visible part of a post before “more”
- On-screen in a video
- Spoken in a video when the recommendation is made
- Near the link in a blog post
- Near the button or product link on a page
- In a story slide that includes the link
Avoid hiding the disclosure:
- Only at the bottom of a long caption
- Only behind “read more”
- Only in a profile bio if the post itself contains the recommendation
- Only in a separate page that users are unlikely to open
- In tiny, unclear, or hard-to-read text
- Mixed into a long group of hashtags where it is easy to miss
5. Unclear Disclosures to Avoid
Do not use vague phrases that ordinary customers may not understand.
Avoid unclear phrases such as:
“Thanks Moonsyl”
“Partner vibes”
“Support me”
“Link in bio”
“Collab”
“Ambassador”
“Sp”
“Gifted energy”
“Design drop”
These may not clearly tell customers that you may earn commission.
If you use words like “partner,” “ambassador,” or “collab,” you should still clearly state that you may earn commission if purchases are made through your link.
6. Honest Opinions and Reviews
Designers must share honest opinions and truthful experiences.
Designers may not:
- Pretend to be ordinary customers if they are sharing a commission link
- Post fake reviews
- Buy fake reviews
- Use fake accounts to promote their own design
- Claim they purchased a product if they did not
- Claim a design is officially recommended by Moonsyl unless Moonsyl has approved that claim
- Mislead customers about product quality, benefits, delivery, pricing, availability, or results
If you review a Moonsyl product, your review should reflect your honest opinion.
7. No Misleading Income Claims
Designers may not make misleading claims about how much money someone can earn as a Moonsyl Designer.
Do not say or imply:
- Anyone can make guaranteed income
- Becoming a designer guarantees sales
- Moonsyl guarantees monthly earnings
- Customers will definitely buy your designs
- Commission is automatic for every link click
- Designer income is risk-free or guaranteed
The Moonsyl Designer Program is a creative and commission-based opportunity. Income is not guaranteed.
8. No Unauthorized Official Claims
Designers may not present themselves as Moonsyl employees, official customer service representatives, legal representatives, or official brand spokespersons unless Moonsyl gives written permission.
Designers may say:
“I am a Moonsyl Designer.”
Designers may not say:
“I work for Moonsyl customer service.”
“I am an official Moonsyl employee.”
“Moonsyl guarantees this design will bring results.”
“Moonsyl officially promises this outcome.”
9. Platform Rules Still Apply
Designers must also follow the rules of the platform they use, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, blogs, email tools, or other platforms.
If a platform requires a specific advertising label, paid partnership tag, or affiliate disclosure, designers are responsible for using it correctly.
10. Failure to Disclose
If a designer fails to disclose commission relationships properly, Moonsyl may:
- Request correction
- Remove or hide related design links
- Cancel related commission
- Suspend commission eligibility
- Suspend or remove designer status
- Take other appropriate action
Repeated or serious violations may result in removal from the Designer Program.
