These Content & Originality Rules explain what types of designs, names, images, stories, and promotional content may be accepted in the Moonsyl Designer Program.

Moonsyl welcomes diverse crystal bracelet designs inspired by color, emotion, intention, personal stories, gifting moments, zodiac signs, birthstones, protection, love, calm, focus, confidence, seasonal moods, and everyday beauty.

Designers are not required to create only moon-themed or lunar-themed designs. Moonsyl may carry a moon-inspired brand name, but our design community is open to many creative directions within crystal jewelry and personal expression.

1. Original Design Requirement

Designers must submit designs that are their own original work or contain meaningful personal creative input.

A design may be inspired by a mood, color palette, crystal meaning, personal story, occasion, or theme. However, designers may not simply copy another person’s work and submit it as their own.

Originality may include:

- Unique bead combinations
- Thoughtful color matching
- Personal design story
- Distinct emotional theme
- Original arrangement of crystal beads and accessories
- Personal styling direction
- A meaningful gifting or ritual concept

2. No Copying or Highly Duplicated Designs

Designers may not submit:

- Direct copies of Moonsyl official designs
- Direct copies of other Moonsyl designers’ work
- Direct copies of products from other brands
- Designs copied from social media, marketplaces, or competitors
- The same design submitted repeatedly under different names
- Slight variations that do not add meaningful creative value
- Designs that are intentionally made to imitate another creator’s best-selling work

Moonsyl may use manual review, design comparison, product data, bead combinations, images, or other methods to detect duplicate or highly similar designs.

A design may be rejected if it is too similar to an existing approved design.

3. No Unauthorized Brands, Characters, or IP

Designers may not use names, images, text, or themes that infringe or misuse another party’s intellectual property.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Disney
- Sanrio
- Marvel
- Harry Potter
- Barbie
- Luxury fashion brands
- Celebrity names
- Movie or TV characters
- Anime characters
- Sports teams
- Brand logos
- Trademarked names
- Copyrighted artwork
- Unauthorized fan merchandise concepts

Designers may not name a design in a way that suggests official collaboration, endorsement, or affiliation with another brand unless Moonsyl has approved it in writing.

Examples of prohibited names:

- Official Disney Crystal Bracelet
- Cartier Style Bracelet
- Taylor Swift Healing Bracelet
- Hello Kitty Energy Bracelet
- Marvel Protection Bracelet

4. Design Names and Descriptions

Design names and descriptions should be original, clear, tasteful, and suitable for the Moonsyl brand.

Designers may use names inspired by:

- Emotions
- Colors
- Occasions
- Gifting moments
- Birthstones
- Zodiac themes
- Personal intentions
- Seasonal moods
- Everyday rituals
- Crystal meanings
- Style directions

Examples of acceptable names:

- Calm Heart Bracelet
- Rose Protection Design
- Ocean Focus Bracelet
- Birthday Light Bracelet
- Confidence Bloom
- Soft Love Ritual
- Green Fluorite Clarity
- New Beginning Stack

Design names should not be misleading, offensive, copied, or legally risky.

5. Design Stories

Each submitted design should include a clear design story.

A strong design story may explain:

- The inspiration behind the design
- The mood or intention of the bracelet
- The crystal colors and meanings
- Who the design is created for
- What occasion the design is suitable for
- What emotional value the design represents
- How the design may be used as a personal reminder or ritual

Design stories should be honest, tasteful, and emotionally meaningful.

Designers should avoid exaggerated, medical, financial, or guaranteed claims.

6. Image and Sample Requirements

Designers may submit design samples through Moonsyl’s design tools, design links, design IDs, screenshots, or uploaded images, depending on the available application form.

Uploaded images must be clear and relevant to the submitted design.

Designers may not upload:

- Stolen images
- Images from other brands
- Images copied from Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Etsy, Amazon, or other platforms
- AI-generated images pretending to be a real Moonsyl product
- Blurry or low-quality images that cannot be reviewed
- Images that contain unauthorized logos, brands, or characters
- Images unrelated to the submitted design

Moonsyl may reject applications or designs if the sample images cannot be verified or appear misleading.

7. Content Quality Standards

Moonsyl may reject designs or content that appear:

- Low quality
- Randomly assembled
- Visually confusing
- Excessively duplicated
- Misleading
- Offensive
- Inappropriate for the brand
- Inconsistent with the actual product
- Unsafe or unsuitable for wearable jewelry
- Not aligned with Moonsyl’s quality standards

Designs should be beautiful, wearable, meaningful, and suitable for customers.

8. Claims Designers Must Avoid

Designers must not make claims that suggest a bracelet, crystal, NFC page, ritual, or design can guarantee specific results.

Designers may not claim that a design can:

- Cure anxiety
- Cure depression
- Treat insomnia
- Heal medical conditions
- Guarantee wealth
- Guarantee luck
- Guarantee love or relationship success
- Bring an ex back
- Remove bad energy permanently
- Replace medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice

Designers may use softer language such as:

- Inspired by traditional crystal meanings
- Created as a symbolic reminder
- Designed for a calming daily ritual
- Made to support personal reflection
- A meaningful gift for confidence, love, or focus
- A bracelet created around the intention of calm

9. Community Respect

Designers must respect other members of the Moonsyl community.

Designers may not:

- Harass other designers
- Copy other designers’ work
- Leave fake negative comments
- Mislead customers about other designers
- Claim ownership of designs they did not create
- Use another designer’s name, images, or stories without permission

Moonsyl may remove content or suspend designers who harm the community.

10. Review and Enforcement

Moonsyl may review submitted designs, names, descriptions, stories, images, and promotional content.

If a design or content violates these rules, Moonsyl may:

- Reject the application
- Reject the submitted design
- Request changes
- Hide or remove a design
- Remove homepage or gallery visibility
- Cancel related commission
- Suspend or remove designer status
- Take further action if necessary

11. Summary

By participating in the Moonsyl Designer Program, you agree that:

- Your designs and content must be original.
- You will not copy other designers, brands, or creators.
- You will not use unauthorized IP, brand names, characters, or celebrity references.
- Your design stories must be honest and not misleading.
- Your uploaded design samples must be your own or properly authorized.
- Moonsyl may reject, hide, or remove designs that violate these rules.
