This page replaces the previous Designer Commission Rules and now covers both T3/T2/T1 Designer Commission and Points / Rewards Store rules for Verified Creators, regular users, and other eligible participants.
These Rewards & Commission Rules explain how Moonsyl calculates and manages designer commission rates, points rewards, regular user sharing rewards, Verified Creator rewards, and Rewards Store-related benefits.
Moonsyl may provide different reward types depending on user role, account status, campaign rules, design attribution, and platform availability:

The commission percentage defines how eligible T3, T2, and T1 Designer rewards are calculated. Commission eligibility depends on valid attribution, order status, refund status, compliance with Moonsyl rules, and platform records.
Cash payout is not currently automatic or generally available. Moonsyl may record eligible designer commission as a pending or approved designer reward balance. Cash payout is only available if separately approved by Moonsyl, supported in the designer’s region, and processed according to Moonsyl’s payment, tax, identity, and compliance requirements.
Verified Creators generally receive points or other non-cash platform rewards instead of cash commission, unless Moonsyl separately approves another arrangement. Verified Creator points may be used in the Moonsyl Rewards Store or for selected platform benefits according to the Points & Rewards Store Rules.
Regular users may be eligible to receive points for sharing designs, links, campaigns, or other eligible activities when Moonsyl provides such features. Regular user sharing rewards are points-based unless Moonsyl clearly states otherwise.
For Moonsyl’s internal rewards system, the standard points reference value is:
Points are not cash, do not create a bank deposit, and do not have cash value unless Moonsyl separately provides a specific redemption option. Currency conversion, discount display, and checkout application may vary depending on store settings, market, currency, and available Rewards Store features.
Unless Moonsyl states otherwise, eligible commission or points are calculated from the qualifying product amount actually paid for the eligible attributed item after discounts, excluding shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, chargebacks, refunded amounts, cancelled items, gift cards, and other excluded amounts. Moonsyl may adjust calculations to correct system errors, fraud, duplicate attribution, or refund changes.
Rewards require valid attribution in Moonsyl’s system, such as a tracked design, shared design link, designer design ID, referral record, campaign record, or other platform-supported attribution method. If an order cannot be linked to a valid attribution record, Moonsyl may be unable to manually apply rewards after the order.
An order may not be eligible for multiple full rewards from multiple designers or users unless Moonsyl specifically allows combined rewards. Moonsyl’s system records determine attribution. If there is conflict, fraud risk, duplicate links, or unclear attribution, Moonsyl may decide the final reward status.
Rewards may move through the following statuses:
If an order is refunded, cancelled, returned, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, related commission, points, or Rewards Store benefits may be cancelled, reversed, deducted, or adjusted. Partial refunds may result in partial reward adjustments.
Points may be used in the Moonsyl Rewards Store or for eligible discounts, coupons, account credits, selected products, or other platform benefits when available. Redemption options may change based on campaign rules, stock, region, account status, or platform availability.
Designers, Verified Creators, and regular users may not access buyer private information. Moonsyl may display limited public order references, design performance, reward amount, points amount, and reward status, but buyer names, addresses, contact details, and private order information are not provided to designers or creators.
Moonsyl may cancel rewards, remove points, suspend accounts, remove designs, or terminate participation if we detect fake orders, self-dealing abuse, misleading promotions, unauthorized discounts, spam, copied designs, fake traffic, bot activity, chargeback abuse, referral manipulation, or any other conduct that harms Moonsyl or customers.
Designers, creators, and users are responsible for their own tax, reporting, and legal obligations related to any rewards, points, commission, cash payout, credits, or benefits they receive. Moonsyl may request additional information before approving certain payouts or benefits.
Moonsyl may update reward rates, point values, redemption methods, eligible activities, payout availability, attribution rules, review periods, or Rewards Store features. Updates will apply according to the version of the rules published or communicated by Moonsyl.
